Methods of Payment

Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer or by cheque (for Hong Kong attendees only) and will be billed in Hong Kong Dollars.

Registration and Payment

• Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
• For online payment, your credit card will be billed in Hong Kong Dollars. Credit card issuing bank may charge you an international transaction fee, depending on the currency of the credit card. Please check with your credit card issuing bank for details of charges.
• You will receive an invoice in the acknowledgment email after the registration is completed. Payment must be made within 14 days.

Cancellation Policy

• The organiser reserves the right to cancel or modify the itinerary if minimum participation is not attained or due to factors beyond its control.
• No refund will be given after confirmation and payment received except minimum operation number is not met. The minimum operating number of the tours is 15 participants. The Eco tours will be cancelled if the number is not attained on or before 26 May 2017 while the Green Building Technical Visit will be cancelled if the number is not attained on or before 29 May 2017.
• Tour Fee will be refund in Hong Kong Dollars. Bank charges to be borne by delegates.

Special Arrangement Under Severe Weather

For Green Building Technical Visit

1. In case of typhoon signal no.3 is hoisted or issued 2 hours before the commencement of the trip, the organiser has the right to alter the tour itinerary.
2. In case of black rainstorm signal or typhoon signal no.8 or above is hoisted or issued 2 hours before the commencement of the trip, the tour will be cancelled.

For Eco Tour

1. Hong Kong Geopark Boat Tour: In case of typhoon signal no.3 or above, black rainstorm signal is hoisted or issued 2 hours before the commencement of the trip, the tour will be cancelled.
2. Lai Chi Wo Eco and Cultural Tour: In case of typhoon signal no.3 or above, red or black rainstorm signal is hoisted or issued 2 hours before the commencement of the trip, the tour will be cancelled.

In case of unsuitable weather conditions, participants will be contacted on the morning of the scheduled date prior to the tour. 70% of the tour fee would be kept for the administration cost. The organiser will refund 30% of the fee.

Late Arrivals & No Shows

• Late arrivals and no shows are non-refundable. This is applicable to any tour participant that fails to arrive, or arrives after tour departure.

Last minute / On-site bookings

• No last minute or on-site booking for Eco tour will be accepted.
